1. Introduction
Mythic Monkey Dash ("the game") is a single-player 2D platformer published by NP Dev Labs. This policy explains what information is collected or processed when you play the game and how it is used.
2. Information we collect
The game does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email address, or other personal information, and does not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or messages.
Game progress and settings — completed levels, collected items, difficulty, touch-control preference, and the "Remove Ads" purchase entitlement — are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to us.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game displays interstitial advertisements served by Google AdMob ("Google"). Advertising is used to keep the game free. Because the game is designed for all ages, the ads are:
- Non-personalized — ads are not tailored to you and do not use interest-based advertising or your Advertising ID for profiling;
- Child-directed — treated as family/child-appropriate content; and
- G-rated — restricted to content rated "G".
To serve ads, Google may collect certain device information automatically, such as device identifiers, device configuration, IP address, and general (non-precise) usage data. 4. Consent (Users in the EEA and UK)
For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Google's User Messaging Platform may present a consent form the first time the game launches. This form is used to comply with GDPR. Because the game is child-directed, ads remain non-personalized regardless of consent choice.
5. Purchases (Google Play Billing)
The game offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. All payments are processed by Google Play. NP Dev Labs does not receive or store your payment card details or billing information. The entitlement is recorded locally on your device.
6. Children's privacy
The game is intended for users of all ages, including children. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR-K provisions: we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, do not serve personalized ads, and require parental consideration only through the app store's standard purchase controls.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. The only third parties that process data in connection with the game are Google LLC (AdMob advertising, User Messaging Platform, and Google Play Billing), acting as service providers under their own privacy policies.
8. Data retention and security
App data stored on your device remains there until you delete the app or clear its data. We implement reasonable safeguards; however, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
